To be effective the classroom need to work together toward a common goal in a coordinated and cooperative way. Therefore you could say that team building is a systematic process designed to improve working relationships and team functioning such as problem solving, decision making and conflict resolution that enables the group to overcome any goal blocking barrier. Using in school team building method is essential for the teacher that intend to create in classroom a group of persons that collaborate and work together for the same purpose. For many this result orientated mission is the real purpose for team building. A team building goal therefore could be simply to identify and develop effective communication.

Team building uses challenges not in a competitive way, but effectively to unlock closed minds, stimulate fresh thinking and encourage meaningful dialogues that trigger learning transferable back to the work time. Having lesson will be much more fun and stimulating, work together will be positive and encouraging. the teacher will utilize an interdisciplinary approach that blends school development practices, experiential learning techniques, intellectual and emotional challenges and proven models/concepts/frameworks to unlock the synergy in the team and achieve maximum impact.

Team Building formalises the power of collaboration among what otherwise might be excluded or often alienated individuals. For many students team building is a way to blend talent, skills and the creativity of and in a group. With collaboration at its heart, team building improves cooperation, time and resource management for their benefit of being in classroom.
The consequence is that effective team building produces better, faster results and provides a satisfying and motivating experience for team members, teachers too.

-Team building phases,

Day 4

-II ACTIVATION: study case,
-workshop, presentation and discussion about results,
-critical approach to the case, question time.

Day 5

-Team building and boundaries in teenagers ;
-Emotional and relational environments for learning;
-Social skills, question time.

Day 6

-From traditional classroom to team built classroom;
-Phases, perspectives, goals;
-Improvements question time.

Day 7

-III ACTIVATION: study case, workshop, presentation and discussion about results, critical approach to the case, question time
-Final evaluation, providing course materials and the certificate of participation.
